Full-Time

Motorcycle Technician / Mechanic

Synergy@KB, Kaki Bukit Mon – Sat

We're looking for a skilled and passionate motorcycle technician to join our workshop team. You'll be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing a wide range of motorcycles — from 2B scooters to high-displacement sport bikes. This is a hands-on role where your expertise directly impacts rider safety and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostics, routine maintenance, and complex repairs on all motorcycle types
  • Engine overhauls, brake systems, electrical troubleshooting, and suspension work
  • Accident damage assessment and restoration work
  • Pre-delivery inspection (PDI) for new and pre-owned bikes
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workshop environment
  • Communicate repair findings and recommendations to customers clearly and honestly

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on motorcycle repair experience
  • Proficiency with Japanese and European motorcycle brands (Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Ducati, etc.)
  • ITE / NITEC certification in automotive/motorcycle technology preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Valid motorcycle license (Class 2B or above) is a plus

Store & Inventory Manager

Synergy@KB, Kaki Bukit Mon – Sat

We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Store & Inventory Manager to oversee our retail operations, parts inventory, and showroom floor. You'll be the backbone of our daily operations — ensuring the right parts are in stock, the showroom looks sharp, and every customer feels welcome.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory of motorcycle parts, accessories, and consumables
  • Coordinate with suppliers for procurement, pricing, and timely delivery of parts
  • Oversee showroom presentation — ensure bikes and merchandise are displayed attractively
  • Handle walk-in and online customer enquiries, provide product recommendations
  • Process sales transactions, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Support NTUC Income accident reporting documentation and admin tasks
  • Conduct regular stock-takes and maintain minimum inventory levels

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail, store management, or inventory control
  • Knowledge of motorcycles or automotive parts is a strong advantage
  • Comfortable with basic computer systems (POS, spreadsheets)
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Friendly, customer-oriented personality with strong communication skills
  • Bilingual (English & Mandarin/Malay) preferred for serving diverse customers
